Project Scope
Please provide a clear definition of the scope of work, references, and specific effects you wish to incorporate, along with proper timestamps.File Submission
For optimal quality, please submit your files in either 24-bit or 32-bit depth at a sampling rate of 48kHz or 96kHz. Accepted file format include WAV, AIFF, M4A and FLAC. Also include a short duration of silence at the beginning of your actual voice recording begins.Progress Tracking
I will provide progress updates at each phase of your project. You may request edits to any detail if unsatisfied. Editing a previous phase incurs an additional $5 charge per change.Free Revisions
If the final master does not meet your satisfaction, you are entitled to two revision requests. Following this, an additional $10 will be charged per revision.Payment Terms
There are three payment options to suit your preferences. You may choose to pay the full amount upfront, opt for a 20% deposit at the beginning of the project with the remaining 80% due upon completion, or select a phased payment approach, with deposits required for each phase. I accept Wise, Stripe, and Western Union as trusted payment methods.Master File
Master file is delivered at 24-bit depth and 48kHz sampling rate in WAV format, optimized for YouTube and other streaming platforms. If your project needs other master format or intended to be stored in other media type, please let me know.Ownership and Rights
While you will have full ownership of the final product, I reserve the right to showcase your project in my portfolio. However, if confidentiality is required, kindly notify me in advance to ensure your privacy preferences are respected. Finally, it is required that my name be properly credited in the project.Confidentiality
I will maintain the confidentiality of your project throughout the duration of the project.Termination
I reserve the right to terminate the project in the event of any agreement violations. However, you may terminate the project at any time. Please note that termination may incur associated fees and penalties corresponding to completed processes.
